In Kenya, Africa, the HIV/AIDS pandemic has left 2-3 million orphan children with no one to care for their basic needs. Project 24, a Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) orphan rescue ministry, was founded to provide hope through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through Project 24, orphanage rescue centers are being built around the country of Kenya to provide education, food, clothing, and housing for children in need. Financial donations are collected to fund construction efforts and child sponsorships support the on-going costs of childcare at the centers. Current orphanage rescue sites include Othoro and Motango. Project 24 is a ministry that appreciates the support of LCMS World Relief and Human Care and the North Dakota District. “Children Of No One” song lyrics and music by Bernhard Seter.
